Content & Marketing

We’re currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager.

Are you a people person? Can you create innovative and engaging social media and email marketing campaigns? Do you want to work on building out a community of hundreds of thousands of people?

The role will span the following elements:

1. Creating interesting, relevant, out of this world content to engage the userbase & investor base.
2. Analysing communications within the app and seeing how we can improve it.
3. Being a core member of the marketing team - within partnerships, PR, ad's etc.
Content & Marketing


The perfect candidate:

- An interest in Chip and everything we're trying to achieve.
- Writing & creating content that is genuinely unique and gets people reading/watching/listening for the sake of the content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of how people use money & products surrounding their money.
- Engaging people - you need to be a people pleaser.
- +3 years experience in marketing.

Other things we would love:

- Experience in campaign led marketing & content campaigns.
- Experience engaging large audiences.
- Skills in design.
- Skills in other forms of content creation (video, photo, audio... etc.)
- Experience in metric led marketing decisions.

You will report & work closely with both the CMO & the CEO - as well as has having developer resources to get your ideas off the ground.

Previous experience in fintech isn’t necessary - but we’d like to see some evidence that you are the person for the job. We’re looking for people who have passion & a hard work ethic above experience.

Data/Business Analyst

We're after a data/business analyst to help grow the business & offer our users a great experience:

The role will span the following elements within the marketing and product team:

  1. Leverage data to understand our product in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of users.
  2. Driving product decisions based on your analysis of user behaviour.
  3. Working closely with our developers & data warehouse to constantly be analysing user behaviour.

The perfect candidate:

  • An interest in product growth & user behaviour.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Working with consumers/large audiences.
  • Being creative with numbers!
  • A self-driven individual. Having the get up and go to take the ownership of the role without being directly managed/
  • A curiosity in asking questions of 10’s of thousands of people’s behaviour. 


Other things we would love:

  •  A knowledge of tools like  Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, ETL, R, PHP, Python, Excel, MicroStrategy, and many other internal tools to work efficiently at scale.
  • Having worked within a growth or data role for an app based business previously.

Head of Partnerships

We need a Head of Partnerships!

The role will require you to take ownership of the following elements within the marketing team:

  • Managing all of Chip’s partnership channels.
  • Working with those partners to drive traffic & signups to Chip.
  • Creating new partnerships that become customer acquisition channels for Chip.
  • Approaching some of the biggest brands in travel, commerce, finance to start relationships and how their customers can benefit from Chip.
  • Thinking out the box of how Chip can create value for our partners.
  • Working closely to customer acquisition budgets within partner channels.
  • Working to KPI’s & set metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating new business & partnerships as customer acquisition channels.
  • Excellent sales & communication skills.
  • Experience managing client/partnership relationships.
  • Experience with B2C customer acquisition channels.
  • Experience reporting results to partners accurately and on time.

You will report & work closely with both the CMO & the CEO - as well as has having developer resources to get your ideas off the ground.

Customer Success Assistant

The Role

  • We are looking for a new part time live chat agent. Flexible working hours. Remote working possible after initial training. 
  • Dealing with all queries that come in through live chat and through social media
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience
  • Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team
  • Active participation in app growth and development

  • You find it easy to juggle and prioritise different tasks
  • You’re chilled under pressure
  • You are friendly and naturally engaging with a positive can-do attitude to customer support
  • You enjoy working in a team

 

Compliance Officer

The Role

  • Ensure that all Chip Compliance policies are maintained and published in accordance with relevant company and legal guidelines and regulations
  • Support the Compliance Director in updating and developing Compliance policies and procedures
  • Keep on top of regulatory developments within or outside of Chip to contribute to the evolution of best practices in compliance control 

 

Who you are

  • You have strong written and verbal communications, both technical and non technical
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and take initiative
  • Good at proposing solutions to complex business challenges
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
  • Enjoys details, accuracy and analytics
  • A regulatory or risk background is essential
  • Familiarity with the FCA handbook (e.g. COBS, SUP, IFPRU), MiFID II and EMIR 
  • Good team work ethic and passion for what we want to achieve
