From Thursday 29th November we will be changing our save provider - the mechanism that transfers money from your bank account to your Chip account.
This means you will not be able to manual save from this afternoon and no auto saves will be processed from Friday. This will take a minimum of 3 working days to complete (but hopefully not longer than that). We’re at the mercy of the old banking system for these type of provider transitions and will inform you as soon as the update is complete.
You will still be able to withdraw as usual if you want to splash some cash. If not - just sit tight whilst we work on building the best savings account in the world.
