How do I join the Facebook Group?
To join the discussion with other investors and to have your questions answered quickly, please join the Chip Investor Facebook Group.
Will I be updated on channels other than Facebook?
Yes, all major Facebook updates will also be emailed to our Investor Community.
How do I get involved with Beta testing?
We are currently at capacity on the Beta as the developers look to increase performance and stability. We will let investors know via the Investor Facebook group and email when this changes and when the first rollouts of 2.0 will take place.
When will I receive my share certificate?
Crowdcube have taken longer than expected to send the certificates. we are chasing them up constantly and aim to have these with you in the next week or so, however, the processing of these is now out of our control and with Crowdcuble. Please visit your Crowdcube account to track the progress of your share certificate.
When will I receive my EIS certificate?
EIS will take longer than share certificates. The application for these has been sent to HMRC by Crowdcube and we are waiting for them to be processed and finalised. Once returned, they need to be signed by us, processed and sent out. It is likely that this will take a few months.
When will I receive my bonus rate?
All investment bonus packages will be sent out once Crowdcube share certificates have been delivered. You will receive an email where you can fill in a form to secure your bonus % payout. Once bonus % is added it will remain on your account for 52 weeks.
What are the bonus rates?
Investors who invested £300 to £1,199 will receive 1% for 1 year.
Investors who invested over £1,200 will receive 2% for a year.
When can I use ChipX?
All X VIP investors have been sent their links to apply for a ChipX account. If you have not received one, there will be communications soon regarding future rollouts.
