Investor Update 14.01.19
We aim to be as transparent as possible with all of our users. If you have any questions about your recent investment, please see the FAQ and answer sheet below.
How do I join the Investor Community page? 👨👨👧👦
All updates and discussion among our investor community is hosted on our Chip Investor Facebook Page. This is the best place for you to have your questions answered quickly and to keep up to date with all news around your investment in Chip.
What if I don’t use Facebook? 💌
We will keep all of our updates coming over email.
How do I get involved with Beta testing? 🔧
We are currently at capacity on the Beta as the developers look to increase performance and stability. I will let investors know via the Chip Investor Facebook Group and email when this changes and when the first rollouts of 2.0 will take place.
When will I receive my share certificate? 📊
These have now been issued by Crowdcube and will be in your inbox. If you invested via Subscription Letter we will send those as soon as possible.
When will I receive my EIS certificate? 📋
EIS will take longer than share certificates. The application for these has been sent to HMRC by Crowdcube and we are waiting for them to be processed and finalised. Once returned, they need to be signed by us, processed and sent out. It is likely that this will take a few months.
When will I receive my interest bonus? 💸
You have now received your Investor Reward Form. You must fill this in by Monday 28th January to have the % bonus issued for a year.
What are the bonus rates? 🎉
Investors who invested £300 to £1,199 will receive 1% for 1 year.
Investors who invested over £1,200 will receive 2% for a year.
When can I use ChipX? 🚀
All X VIP investors have been sent their links to apply for a ChipX account. If you have not received one, there will be communications soon regarding future rollouts. If you are an XVIP investor and have a question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
